My days as a young recruit from BTC then was attached to tge 34 Military Hosputal. Major Djang was the first Senior officer i had admired.  As a young girl seeing someone as a mother figure rather tgan an Officer. 
i was so scared on my first day at 34 but she gave me the courage not to be scared bit to focus on my ambition in life. 
I remember one day in 34 Military Hospital  when i was been stubborn and i was been taken to the Guardroom for not listening to the NCO. The nect thing you saw was me veen taken to the guardroom by a Cpl at that time i was a private Soldier. 
You asked the Cpl to stop about turn with me and then take me to your office instead of the guardroom. The office immediatly did what requested. And when we got to your office you asked me to stand at ease fall out the Cpl and asked him to leave. 
Then you asked me to stand at ease and requested me to seat down and wanting to talk to me as a Mother to a daughter. Asking me why am i always in trouble, been taken to the Guardroom or Going on Military orders for insurbodination. We spoke at length not as a Private Soldier or as Officers of the34 Military of the  RSLMF but as a Mother to a daughter. Since that day i knew tge advice and warning you gave to me which i gave heed to and i never got into trouble simce but rather run to you for help or advice when things getting out of hands.
